What is your current processing time?

 

All orders placed outside of the peak season are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Orders places during the peak season are processed and shipped within 5-7 business day. (Excluding bulk orders).

All orders placed within Australia are expected to reach their destination within 4-6 business day of being shipped.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

 

We certainly do! Simply fill in a bulk order form or email us at Hooked.on.mez@gmail.com to discuss your requirements!

Do you accept custom orders?

 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we no longer accept custom order.

I have placed my order but would like to add to it, can I do this?

 

Of course! If you have not received your shipping email, we would love to add to your order. When placing your second order please add a note in the special instructions stating your previous order number. If you have paid for shipping on your second order, we will simply refund it. Please keep in mind this will re-set the processing time for your order.

Can I use two coupons at once

 

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to accept more than once coupon. You are more than welcome to place two different orders

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Change of mind

 

Hooked on Mez does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. However, if you would like to exchange your product for another product of equal or less value, please email hooked.on.mez@gmail.com or fill in the contact us form. You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused. Shipping will be at the buyers expense.

Accidental damage

 

Hooked on Mez will not be held accountable for any accidental damage and does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for accidental damage.

Broken Items

 

Hooked on Mez will not be held accountable for any items broken in transit and does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any products broken in transit. We strongly urge you to contact Australia Post. However, if you believe your item is faulty, please email us at hooked.on.mez@gmail.com or fill in the contact us form, we may require your order number and photo evidence of the item and its packaging.

Item lost in shipping

 

Hooked on Mez will not be held accountable for any products lost in transit and does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for lost products. We urge you to contact Australia Post, and to purchase tracked shipping.

Item received was incorrect

 

We apologise if you have received the incorrect product. Please email us at hooked.on.mez@gmail.com or fill in the contact us form within 7 days of you package arriving. We may require your order number and photo evidence of all items purchased and there packaging.
